At Weartick, we aim to provide you with an excellent shopping experience every time you shop with us. If you receive any damaged, faulty, incorrect, or size-issue item, we offer an Exchange within 7 days of delivery on all fresh, non-discounted items.
To request an exchange, simply contact us at brandteam7700@gmail.com or call us at 0315-7677000 within 7 days from the date of delivery.
If any items are missing or not received, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made after the given time period cannot be processed.
Exchanges will be accepted only if the product is returned in unused, unwashed, undamaged condition, with original tags and packaging intact. Exchanges apply only to fresh items that are not part of promotions or discounts. All exchanges are subject to item availability in our stock. Items damaged due to misuse or negligence will not qualify for exchange.
Refund & Exchange Guidelines
If you need to exchange an item due to a size issue or if you received a defective product, we will provide a free replacement, subject to stock availability.
Refunds are only applicable for international orders.
Local (domestic) orders are eligible for exchange only.
Please note:

"Change of mind" is not accepted as a valid reason for return or exchange.
