Order Processing & Shipping

Once an order is placed, it is verified and forwarded to our processing department. Please allow 4–5 working days for your order to be prepared for shipment.

We currently charge a flat shipping fee of Rs. 250 on all orders. Shipping charges on promotional deals may vary.
Estimated delivery times are:

  • 2–3 working days for orders within Pakistan

  • Approximately 1 week for international orders

Please note that delivery delays may occur due to weather, city conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. All orders are shipped through trusted courier companies and include a tracking number for your convenience.

Credit/debit card orders may require up to 48 working hours for bank verification.

Exchange & Return Policy

Our exchange/return policy applies only to items sold at full price. Items purchased during sales, special promotions, or at discounted prices are not eligible for exchange or return.

We do not accept exchanges or returns for fragrances unless the product delivered is damaged.

Items damaged due to improper use, negligence, or mishandling are not covered under our exchange policy. All exchanges depend on stock availability.
Change of mind is not applicable.

Packages Lost in Transit

If your order is lost during shipping, we will open an investigation with the courier company. This process may take 2–3 working days.
If the package cannot be located, we will issue a replacement.

Damaged or Missing Products

A product is considered damaged if it arrives with noticeable physical damage.
A product is considered stolen if the package arrives open and the items are missing.

If you experience either issue, please contact our Customer Support team. You may be asked to provide photos of the package/product or other proof to help us file a claim.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request order cancellation anytime before the order is processed.

We also reserve the right to cancel orders for reasons including:

  • Item out of stock

  • Pricing errors

  • Shipping cost discrepancies

  • Technical issues

If an order is cancelled, any amount paid via bank transfer or credit/debit card will be refunded within 20 days of order receipt.
