Order Delivery Time

At Weartick, we aim to deliver your orders as quickly as possible.

• Standard delivery time is 4–5 working days.

• During Sale Periods, delivery may take 7–10 working days due to high order volume.

A flat delivery charge of Rs. 250  applies to all orders.
Please note that delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or logistics issues may occur during transit.

Packages Lost in Transit

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please allow us 4–5 working days to investigate the issue.
During this time, we will work with our courier partners to locate your package and may issue or offer a replacement if necessary.

Damaged or Stolen Products in Transit

A product will be considered damaged if it arrives with torn fabric or any physical harm caused during handling or transit.
A product will be considered stolen if the package is delivered with a broken or tampered seal, found empty, or missing items.

If you experience any of these issues, please contact Weartick Customer Care within 7 days of receiving your order.
To process your claim, we may request digital photos of the package and received items. This helps us investigate the issue thoroughly and compensate you appropriately.
